Yes! We take hygiene seriously. We clean and disinfect the mats after every training session. We also ask that members wear clean gear and shower after training.

You’re in the right place. We’ve helped many MMA and BJJ fighters adapt wrestling techniques to fit their skill set. Just let us know you’re training wrestling for MMA or BJJ, and we’ll coach you through the techniques that work best for your game.

We recommend that you come to the gym 15-20 minutes before class to check in and to pay. You can also contact us through Instagram or WhatsApp to reserve your slot.

Yes, we do. These are perfect ways for people to improve specific skills or get individualized coaching, whether it’s MMA or BJJ, or if you're a complete beginner. We cater these sessions tailored to your goals and objectives.

Wear comfortable workout attire. Make sure your clothing has no zippers. Wrestling shoes are encouraged to prevent injury but not required; we also sell shoes at the gym.
